How do I sign up?
Please click on any of the “Sign up for free” buttons to take the free Starter Edition. Alternatively, visit the Pricing page where you can choose any of the plans we have.
How can I upgrade to a different plan?
Once you have logged into your site, select the “Upgrade” option and select your new plan.
What does “active users” mean?
Active users are all users who log into the JLMS Cloud site during the monthly billing period. Once a user is active, they can log in as many times as they wish during that period.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your plan using a credit card or via PayPal. If you would prefer to make payment via wire transfer, please contact us.
If I decide to cancel my plan, can I reactivate it in the future?
Yes, your JLMS Cloud site will remain in place but will be deactivated. You can reactivate the site by subscribing to a new plan.
